Wellness Wednesdays: A Lenten Practice of Self-Care
Throughout the season of Lent, Marymount is offering a series of self-care opportunities every Wednesday, ranging from physical to emotional to spiritual. These opportunities are designed to encourage students to give up phone time, and make room for personal growth, reflection, and God.
On March 1, students participated in a sound bath that focused on meditation and mindfulness. On March 8, students participated in Goat Yoga, where they practiced yoga poses amongst adorable and playful goats. It was a pure delight for participants and spectators alike.
