Marymount’s Fitness Camp is a unique fitness experience designed to empower young women to find their inner strength through the use of physical activity. Activities are dynamic, fun and innovative and taught in a positive and encouraging environment. The students will take a variety of fitness and wellness classes, learn how to develop healthy nutritional habits, navigate around a weight room, and implement their own personal workout program.
Camp 1: June 5-8 (8:00am - 2:15pm) Camp 2: June 12-15 (8:00am - 2:15pm) Camp 3: June 19-22 (8:00am - 2:15pm) Camp 4: June 26-29 (8:00am - 2:15pm)
The Marymount Swim camp is designed to concentrate on and improve the fundamentals of swimmers. The camp will focus on the basic skills needed for swim team along with techniques to enhance their performance.
Beginner’s Tennis Camp is designed for students who have never played or have little experience with tennis. This camp will introduce new players to the Marymount tennis program and begin their progress toward the high level of tennis that Marymount has established. The camp will focus on stroke analysis, drills, conditioning, and team strategy.
July 16-20 (1:00pm - 3:30pm) Grades 9-12 $250
Advanced Tennis Camp is designed for students previously on JV or Varsity tennis or students with years of experience with a private tennis coach. This camp will focus on skill development and improving technique. It is highly encouraged for all returning players who intend to try out again for the team in the fall.
The Marymount Volleyball camp is open to all incoming and current Marymount students. It will focus on conditioning, skill development, individual positions, and team play. It is highly encouraged that all students wishing to try out for the team in the fall, attend this camp.

The Marymount Water Polo camp is designed to develop and refine fundamentals and basic game skills. The coaching staff highly recommend this camp for those athletes looking to advance their game. This four-day camp will be a combination of beach workouts and conditioning at Marymount.
