When it came time to apply to high school, I originally did not consider Marymount. It wasn't until my middle school principle told me that I needed to apply that I did. A year later, I found myself walking down the gateway along the eight blue banners that signify the core pillars of this school, and I knew that I made the right decision coming here. Marymount has given me so many gifts, led me to discover amazing friends, and taught me so much about myself. As a Senior, I have gained a tremendous amount of knowledge in many areas that has changed me for the better: my self-confidence rose, my curiosity for new interests expanded, and my appreciation for learning deepened. Much of my success academically and athletically is due to the fact that I have such great supporters here: both my teachers and my friends. Marymount truly develops a sisterhood among their students and I am lucky and honored to be at Marymount. I will forever appreciate all that this school has given me.
