The Marymount Internship Program, Students Advancing in Internship Leadership and Learning (SAILL), has rapidly grown from 2 girls to over 90 student interns in just a few years! This signature program fosters personal, educational and professional growth. Our girls become involved with a community of scholars and leaders while also learning the technicalities of some of the most renowned organizations to work for.

SAILL is open to sophomores and above, providing our students opportunities to work with extraordinary leaders who are not only role models, but who have made important contributions in various fields. We believe the learning experience begins during the selection process: each student who applies for an internship is interviewed, helping her to practice her presentation skills and her ability to emphasize her strengths and unique qualifications. As students are selected, they are "matched" with their preferred internship programs / fields, then move into their placements (typically for 6-8 weeks), where they deeply broaden their knowledge and skills in "real life" work situations.
