Our expert consultants from Educational Directions will guide us in our search.

Members of the Marymount community will have their first opportunity to connect with the search process in late February and early March 2024 when our consultants conduct a week-long school visit, which will immediately be followed by an online survey. The position will be formally posted spring 2024, and interviews will take place summer and fall 2024.

We invite you to be involved in a number of ways:

Attend the meetings with the search consultants and participate in the online community survey when it goes live.

Regularly check the MHS website for updates from the search committee available on the Head of School Search webpage at https://mhs-la.org.

Meet candidates and provide feedback in the finalist round.
