Marymount’s Fitness Camp is a unique fitness experience designed to empower young women to find their inner strength through the use of physical activity. Activities are dynamic, fun and innovative and taught in a positive and encouraging environment. The students will take a variety of fitness and wellness classes, learn how to develop healthy nutritional habits, navigate around a weight room, and implement their own personal workout program.
Camp 1: June 4-7 (8:00am - 2:15pm) Camp 2: June 10-13 (8:00am - 2:15pm)
The Marymount Golf Coach, Trent Nishiyama, has designed a camp for all levels of ability. Each day will include instruction, practice, and course play. In addition to camp, Coach Nishiyama will run golf practices at Rancho Park Golf Course as well.
In lieu of camps or pratices, this summer Marymount will hold specialized soccer clinics targeting specific game time skills. There will be two clinics in July at Marymount on the Bel Air CC field. Additional clincs will be held during the Fall. These clinics are open to all incoming and current Marymount students.

Marymount Summer Softball Practices will cover both the mental and physical aspects of the game. Emphasizing fundamentals in throwing, hitting, bunting, slapping, field mechanics, outfiled play, base-running, pitching, and catching. Each player will learn skills to maximize strengths, improve upon weaknesses, foster a positive mental approach to the game of softball, and address specific areas of each individual athlete's game.

Beginner’s Tennis Camp is designed for students who have never played or have little experience with tennis. This camp will introduce new players to the Marymount tennis program and begin their progress toward the high level of tennis that Marymount has established. The camp will focus on stroke analysis, drills, conditioning, and team strategy.
July 15-19 (1:00pm - 3:30pm) Grades 9-12 $250
Advanced Tennis Camp is designed for students previously on JV or Varsity tennis or students with years of experience with a private tennis coach. This camp will focus on skill development and improving technique. It is highly encouraged for all returning players who intend to try out again for the team in the fall.
July 8-12 (12:00pm - 3:00pm) Grades 9-12 $300
In addition to the Beginner's and Advanced Camps, tennis practices will be held throughout the summer, as well. Both camps and practices are available to all incoming and current Marymount students.

The Marymount Volleyball camp and practices are open to all incoming and current Marymount students. They will focus on conditioning, skill development, individual positions, and team play. It is highly encouraged that all students wishing to try out for the team in the fall, attend camp and most practices.

Marymount Water Polo summer practices are designed to develop and refine fundamentals and basic game skills. The coaching staff highly recommend these practices for those athletes looking to advance their game. Practices will be a combination of beach workouts and conditioning at Marymount.
