Marymount student-athletes work hard, play smart, and show us every day how resilience can overcome obstacles. Honesty, compassion, and integrity are at the core of every Marymount athlete. We’re proud to have these Sailor Strong young women on our teams—and so are some of the best college athletic programs in the country.

Marymount is committed to wellness on all fronts—emotional, physical and spiritual. All our girls know that being confident, strong, and physically active are the keys to a lifetime of fitness and well-being. This is why, in addition to our 13 team sports, we offer classes like Yoga, Strength Training, Self Defense, CPR and Fitness.
