Steve was enlisted to head the marketing and sales efforts at Interscope Records in 1991, just six months after the company's inception. Since then, the Interscope brand has grown from one of the most successful independent record companies in history into Interscope Geffen A&M, a major division within global music leader Universal Music Group. In 2005, Steve was named President of Marketing and Sales at Interscope Geffen A&M, and in 2010, he was elevated to the new post of Vice Chairman while continuing his marketing and sales duties.
Steve and his wife, Frances, are actively involved in several organizations, including LA Family Housing, Corpus Christi Catholic Church, Beit T’Shuvah Recovery Center and Temple, and cancer research at Cedars-Sinai Hospital. They have two daughters, one of whom is an alumna in the Class of 2016.
