Season of gratitude at Marymount

November is always full of gratitude and traditions at Marymount. We are thankful for the many ways we celebrate our communal and nuclear families, as well as the community at large.
  • Food Drive: Kicking off this season with our annual Food Drive, our families, faculty and staff donated over 6,000 food items to A Place Called Home (APCH). Together with APCH, our Marymount community will help hundreds of families celebrate this Thanksgiving holiday.
  • Father-Daughter Dinner Dance: On Saturday, Nov. 22, our girls celebrated the special bond they have with their fathers at one of the most anticipated events of the school year: Marymount’s Father-Daughter Dinner Dance.
  • Grandparents Day: On Tuesday, Nov. 25, over 220 grandmothers and grandfathers joined their granddaughters’ for our annual Grandparents Day. Beginning with a celebratory Mass followed by a luncheon, campus was filled with love, embraces, and affection.
  • Winter Arts Showcase & Holiday Concert: On Wednesday, Dec. 11, our Sailors will showcase their talents at our Winter Arts Showcase and Holiday Concert. The Visual Arts Department will display artwork which includes drawings, paintings, graphic design, collage, printmaking, photography and more in the Digital Resource Center. Following the showcase, the Performing Arts Department will feature instrumental and choral music, dance and theater celebrating the festivities of the season.
