Diana Hernandez brings extensive experience in higher education fundraising, specializing in leadership-level gifts and building strategic relationships that advance institutional missions. Passionate about increasing access to higher education, particularly for first-generation students, she has a proven track record of developing successful fundraising programs at prominent institutions, including the University of Maryland, UCLA, and USC, and most recently joined Dartmouth College.
Throughout her career, Diana has focused on strengthening relationships with major donors, fostering philanthropic support, and driving impactful fundraising efforts that align with each institution's long-term goals. She is also an alumna of CORO Southern California, a program dedicated to collaborating and leading across differences to drive innovative solutions and create positive community impact.
Diana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in American Literature and Culture from UCLA and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the USC Sol Price School of Public Policy.
